PRODUCTION

ITW Delfast produced about 1 billion parts per year in the world. In order to be able to manufacture parts as many, we have to use the best quality of presses.

This is why we call upon last technologies as regards manufacture and that all our factories are equiped with the last hydraulic and electric presses with injection moulding which can go from 20 Tons up to 220 Tons.



QUALITY

All ITW Delfast'quality assements are certified by ISO requirements. Most of our divisions have the ISO QS 9000, QS 9001, 14000.
Many of our divisions get also the ISO TS 16949 requirements which is developed specifically for the automotive industry
